Eric Stewart, CEO & Founder

Eric Stewart is the Founder & CEO of the following business groups:

Previously, Mr. Stewart served as the U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary for Europe/Eurasia at the Department of Commerce. As a political appointee under President George W. Bush from 2001-2006, Mr. Stewart directed the Department’s activities on trade, commerce, compliance and investment policies for more than 50 countries (including the European Commission, Turkey, Russia and the Independent States). Mr. Stewart also served as the Acting Assistant Secretary and was granted top secret security clearance.

In 2006, Mr. Stewart was awarded the Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary by the President of Hungary for his outstanding contributions to fostering Hungarian-American economic relations.  In 2012, Mr. Stewart was awarded the Knights Cross of the Order of Merit by the President of the Republic of Poland for Mr. Stewart’s formation of the US-Poland Business Council. 

Mr. Stewart, who holds a bachelor's degree from Ohio University, also served three years on the University's National Alumni Board of Directors as well as received the Ohio University 2002 Outstanding Recent Graduate Award.

Mr. Stewart is also the Executive Director of the Executive Council on Diplomacy (ECD) and the Executive Director of the Center for Baby and Adult Hygiene Products (BAHP).

Mr. Stewart is often called upon by Members of Congress and the Administration for his views on bilateral and regional economic relations with foreign countries.  He regularly is in the media including appearances on FOX News and other television outlets.   


Jamie Stewart, CFO/CAO

Jamie Stewart is a life-long entrepreneur.  He was the CEO and Founder of multiple real estate escrow, settlement and title insurance companies in the Carolinas. He spent many years reconciling escrow funds for dozens of mortgage lenders as well as real estate attorneys. Additionally, he functioned as a Title Insurance Agent, underwriting policies for real estate lenders and homeowners in North and South Carolina. He continues to be an active real estate Broker in North Carolina. He brings decades of small business experience to his new role as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of the US-Turkmenistan Business Council (USTBC).


Nicholas Roda, Deputy Director

Nicholas Roda serves as Senior Vice President of the American-Central European Business Association (ACEBA), the American-Czech Business Council (ACBC), the US-Ecuador Business Coalition (USEBC), the US-Hungary Business Council (USHBC), the American-Lithuanian Business Council (ALBC), the US-Poland Business Council (USPBC), the American-Romanian Business Council (AMRO), the American-Serbian Business Council (ASBC), and the American-Ukrainian Business Council (AUBC). Additionally, he serves as Deputy Director of the U.S.-Turkmenistan Business Council (USTBC) and Treasurer of the Executive Council on Diplomacy (ECD). Previously, Nick worked in the Eurasia division at the International Republican Institute and gained policy experience at the House Committee on Small Business. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Delaware.


Charlotte Fried, Deputy Director

Charlotte Fried serves as Vice President of the American-Central European Business Association (ACEBA), the American-Czech Business Council (ACBC), the US-Ecuador Business Coalition (USEBC), the US-Hungary Business Council (USHBC), the American-Lithuanian Business Council (ALBC), the US-Poland Business Council (USPBC), the American-Romanian Business Council (AMRO), the American-Serbian Business Council (ASBC), and the American-Ukrainian Business Council (AUBC). Additionally, she serves as Deputy Director of the U.S.-Turkmenistan Business Council (USTBC) and Secretary of the Executive Council on Diplomacy (ECD). Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is fluent in French.
